We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Consultant Otolaryngologist to join a leading healthcare facility. As a Junior Consultant Otolaryngologist, you will provide expert care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders. Working under the guidance of senior specialists, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your clinical skills while contributing to the overall health and well-being of patients. Responsibilities: Assist in diagnosing and managing a wide range of otolaryngology-related conditions Conduct patient examinations, assessments, and develop treatment plans Participate in surgical procedures and assist senior consultants Provide patient education and counseling on ENT health and preventive care Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care Engage in continuous professional development and training activities Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Junior Consultant Otolaryngologist Completion of a recognized residency program in otolaryngology (ENT) Up to 2 years of clinical experience in otolaryngology is preferred but not mandatory Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing ENT conditions Ability to perform or assist in surgical procedures related to otolaryngology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment Proactive approach to continuous medical education and research participation Working Time is Full Time.
