The position can be half-time or full-time. If it is a half-time role, we require daily in-office attendance at our Sheung Wan office, but with shorter hours. Responsibilities Manage sample inbound, logging, and archiving Organise and coordinate samples for photo and video shoots Review incoming samples against original briefs and technical drawings, providing clear and actionable feedback Support the preparation of product development documentation, including spec sheets and tech packs Support day-to-day supplier correspondence on operational and logistical matters Research trends, materials, and the competitive landscape to inform collection development Coordinate consumer concept testing: manage the pipeline of surveys featuring new concepts and track results Help to track timelines of product development to make sure we are on track Who you are Professionally fluent in English You have a strong eye for design and can identify when a sample deviates from the spirit of a brief You are meticulous and organised You communicate clearly and precisely You're coachable and take ownership of your work You thrive in a fast-moving, small-team environment You are tech-savvy and comfortable using new software tools Bonus: prior experience in jewellery, accessories, or fashion product development We take cover letters very seriously!
