Job Description This is a Luxury 5* hotel, around 136 rooms, located in a Historic Building in Lucerne, fully refurbished to high standards with an amazing lush interior, opening this Summer 2022. They have already recruited the best of the best ( main Executive staff coming from Michelin star background properties ) The Hotel will have 3 restaurants, one bar together with a variety of social and meeting facilities. Asian all day dining restaurant Exclusive Modern French cuisine restaurant Exclusive 10 seats Japanese restaurant Requirements For a 10 seats only Exclusive Japanese Restaurant - Omakase Dining, which will open in June 2023 we are looking for a suitable Itamae Chef.
