Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking Disney Plus users via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with technical issues, billing, account management, and general inquiries. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on Disney Plus products and policies.
