Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking an Italian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to maintaining safe and trustworthy digital platforms for Italian-speaking users within a dynamic and international work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, identifying potential safety issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold community guidelines and digital safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate digital content for compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Italian-speaking communities. Proactively engage with users to address safety concerns and provide support. Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety processes and strategies. Analyze safety trends and produce reports for management consideration. Stay current with applicable regulations, trends, and best practices in digital trust and safety. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in English is preferred. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong analytical and communication skills.
