Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking subscribers across various communication channels. Assist customers with queries related to subscription services, billing, and account management. Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on products and service improvements.
