Assist users with inquiries and issues related to the ride-sharing app, providing timely solutions. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on app features and customer service best practices.
