Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients within the Logistics Department via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics services. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on logistics processes and customer service best practices. Experience in customer support or logistics is an advantage but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
