Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with questions about home appliance products, troubleshooting, and service information. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the team to meet service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
