Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support and solutions to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve customer issues. Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information. Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes. Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
