You will assist Italian-speaking customers with their hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. Your Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers in booking hotel reservations, managing modifications, and resolving any related issues. Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all customer interactions. Accurately document customer interactions to support service quality and improvement. Collaborate with team members and hospitality partners to ensure exemplary customer experiences. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends, hotel offerings, and customer service practices. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
