You will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to health and wellness products, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience from the comfort of your home. Join a supportive and dynamic team dedicated to promoting well-being! Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat while working from home. Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve any issues effectively. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions. Accurately document customer interactions to support service excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in remote training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application. Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in customer service or related health & wellness fields is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting. Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
