Italian Customer Service for E-Commerce Platform - Greece, Fully Paid Relocation

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking consumers Assist customers with orders, returns, payments, and other e-commerce related queries. Resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or cover letter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service and/or e-commerce preferred. Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation expenses covered. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage.
