About this role
Greenstone is expanding its Investor Relations platform in Dubai and is hiring high-calibre IR professionals across multiple levels as part of its continued global growth. This is a front-office, revenue-generating role for individuals seeking real ownership, accountability, and long-term progression within a leading global placement agent. The role involves working closely with senior leadership and top-tier global Fund Managers to raise capital from sophisticated institutional investors across the GCC. Relocation to Dubai is supported. The Role As part of Greenstone’s Investor Relations team, you will take direct responsibility for fundraising outcomes across the region. This is not a passive or support-oriented IR role; it is a commercial, relationship-driven capital-raising position with clear performance expectations. Key responsibilities include: Representing a portfolio of leading global alternative investment funds across private equity, private credit, venture capital, real assets, and related strategies Owning the end-to-end fundraising process, including investor targeting, outreach, meetings, roadshows, due diligence, pipeline management, and closings Building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, family offices, and investment firms Working directly with Fund Managers to develop a deep understanding of investment strategy, track record, and positioning, and communicating this clearly and credibly to institutional allocators Managing a disciplined investor pipeline through consistent CRM usage, accurate reporting, and structured follow-up Contributing to a high-performance, accountable team culture with a strong commercial mindset and clear KPIs Profile We are seeking individuals who are commercially sharp, intellectually curious, and resilient, with the ambition to build a long-term career in institutional capital raising. Successful candidates will typically demonstrate: Experience in capital raising, fund placement, institutional sales, or investor relations, ideally within private markets or alternative investments Confidence engaging senior institutional investors and articulating complex investment strategies in a clear and credible manner A results-driven mindset, with comfort working toward defined fundraising targets and performance metrics Strong relationship-management skills and the ability to build trust over long investment cycles High standards of professionalism, preparation, and execution Familiarity with the GCC institutional investor landscape is advantageous but not required Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential This role is best suited to individuals seeking ownership, accountability, and progression within a high-performance, front-office capital-raising environment, rather than purely support-focused IR roles.
