Job Title: Interventional Pain Management Physician Location: Columbia, South Carolina An established, fast-growing interventional pain management practice in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its team. With two locations-including a brand-new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)-the practice is led by four physicians and supported by five dedicated Physician Assistants. The team sees 150-200 new patient referrals monthly, offering a high-volume, dynamic clinical setting. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with no nights or weekends. You'll perform a wide range of advanced, minimally invasive procedures focused on restoring function and relieving chronic pain. Cases are performed in the new ASC with four fully equipped procedure rooms and a supportive clinical staff. Common Procedures Include: Spinal Cord Stimulation Radiofrequency Ablation Epidural Steroid Injections (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar) Facet Joint and Medial Branch Blocks Sympathetic Nerve Blocks Peripheral Nerve Blocks Trigeminal and Sphenopalatine Ganglion Blocks Discography and Electrodiagnostic Testing Major and Small Joint Injections Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed base salary (negotiable based on experience) Production incentives for high-performing physicians Partnership opportunity 4 weeks PTO to start; 6 weeks after 3 years of service CME allowance and paid licensing fees Health insurance, malpractice coverage, and 401(k) with employer contribution Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance Qualifications: MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency Board certified or eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one Strong communication skills and commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care About the Area: Columbia, South Carolina offers a vibrant, family-friendly lifestyle with excellent schools, affordable housing, and access to outdoor activities, dining, and cultural events.
