SUMMARY:

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist technical recruitment firm based in the Netherlands that focuses exclusively on placing South African engineering and technical professionals within the Dutch industrial and infrastructure sectors. This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to relocate to the Netherlands for six months, fully embed within the organisation, and thereafter continue the role remotely from South Africa — on the same salary. The company handles all visa, flight, accommodation and transport arrangements for the initial period, and offers a long-term growth path including the potential to build and lead your own recruitment team.

POSITION INFO:

Duties And Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and select technical candidates from South Africa for placement in the Netherlands
• Conduct intake interviews in English and Afrikaans
• Prepare and process candidate profiles for submission to clients
• Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards and personal networks
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment process from first contact to placement
• Support candidate onboarding and relocation processes
• Build and maintain partnerships with companies and relevant educational institutions
• Handle administrative processing within recruitment procedures
  
  

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing or labour mediation
• Excellent command of both English and Afrikaans (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Affinity with engineering, technical or industrial environments is advantageous
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the Netherlands for the first 6 months is non-negotiable
