You will practice in a rural health care setting, serving more than 40,000 where you will play an important role in meeting our community’s growing needs, strengthening access to preventive care and long-term chronic disease management. Practice Highlights Full-time position including 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day per week Manages complex cases referred by APP’s and Family Medicine Physicians Adult only primary care with an expected patient volume of 18 – 20 per day Shared clinic call rotation (*Triage Nurse takes first call, escalates to MD if needed.) : 1:14 days weekday call 1: 12 weekend call Integrated EMR: EPIC for seamless patient care management with AI scribes. Qualifications Ideal Candidate Successful completion of a family medicine residency or an internal medicine residency accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the American Osteopathic Association AND Current certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine, or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine AND Current licensure by the Oregon Medical Board to practice medicine AND Current certification in Basic Life Support AND Current evidence of demonstrated competence and adequate experience to provide medical care at professionally acceptable quality and efficiency standards.
