We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine physician to join our healthcare team. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, addressing a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and promote overall wellness. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including detailed histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage complex medical conditions in adult patients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Provide guidance on disease prevention and health maintenance. Coordinate with specialists and healthcare team members to facilitate comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Stay updated with current developments in Internal Medicine. Participate in community health initiatives. M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Internal Medicine. Active and unrestricted medical license. Minimum 3 years clinical experience preferred. Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented approach to patient care. Commitment to continuous learning. Experience with EHR systems is a plus.
