About Columbia Basin Hospital Columbia Basin Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Ephrata, Washington , serving patients throughout Grant County and the surrounding Columbia Basin region. The hospital provides a range of services including emergency care, inpatient services, swing bed care, and outpatient clinics. The Inpatient Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner plays a critical role in supporting patient care, coordinating care transitions, and ensuring that high-quality healthcare remains accessible close to home. This position partners closely with the care team to support both immediate patient needs and the long-term health of the hospital and community.
