As an Icelandic-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Icelandic-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities Provide timely and empathetic support to Icelandic-speaking players through various channels including chat, email, and social media. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently. Collect player feedback and relay it to appropriate teams to improve game features and support quality. Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and overall player experience. Contribute to the preparation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base. Fluency in Icelandic is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
