Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking an Icelandic-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the safety and integrity of digital platforms serving Icelandic-speaking users, in a collaborative and fast-paced international environment. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines to maintain a safe online environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate digital content to comply with trust and safety policies for Icelandic-speaking communities. Proactively address user safety concerns and provide assistance as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve digital safety procedures and policies. Analyze usage trends and report insights to support safety initiatives. Stay current on regulations, industry standards, and best practices in digital trust and safety. Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in English is preferred. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
