Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to Icelandic-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
  • Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries effectively to maximize player satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback from players to inform improvements in our gaming services and product offerings.
  • Document player interactions and maintain thorough records in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure streamlined operations and efficient problem resolution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for player support.
  • Fluency in Icelandic is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of current gaming trends and communities.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related roles in gaming is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on engaging players effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing player concerns.
