IAM Technical Specialist – Microsoft Identity / SSO / Active Directory (m/f/d)– Immenstaad, Germany | Airbus Projects Do you want to work for the best company in aerospace, defense, and transportation, in a technological and enriching sector? 🚀 Enviar solicitud Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport , is looking for IAM Technical Specialists to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Immenstaad . 📍 Location: Immenstaad Why join us? 💰 Competitive salary : 55,000 – 65,000 € 🏠 Support in finding accommodation and German language training . 📄 Full relocation assistance, administrative support 📦 The company covers your German tax return for the first year . 📌 Permanent German contract + long‑term projects ⚙️ Team-building activities and regular technical follow‑ups 🌍 Multicultural, inclusive, and innovative environment What you will do Design and implement IAM architectures and security solutions within national and international projects Operate and maintain IAM systems, including: Monitoring Incident and problem management Change management Backup and recovery Work with Microsoft Identity technologies : Active Directory / Azure AD Identity Federation (SSO, OAuth, OIDC, SAML) Privileged Access Management (PAM / FAM) Maintain and update technical documentation, architectures and processes Act as a technical advisor on IAM technologies and best practices Identify improvement opportunities and optimize IAM processes, architectures and solutions Monitor technology trends and support adoption across teams Collaborate with security, infrastructure and development teams What we’re looking for: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field. Relevant hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). C1 English Level – mandatory. C1 German Level – will be a plus.
