This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of all HVAC systems across hospital facilities, supporting critical healthcare environments. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hospital or large facility experience looking to work in an international setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Ensure optimal performance of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems Monitor system efficiency and implement preventative maintenance programs Troubleshoot HVAC faults and coordinate repairs Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital regulations Supervise contractors and maintenance staff Maintain documentation, service logs, and compliance records Support facility management with energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives Requirements Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC maintenance or supervision Experience in hospital or large commercial facilities preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and manage maintenance schedules Good communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Net salary (tax paid by employer) Flights provided Visa & work permit fully covered Accommodation provided 30 days annual leave + 9 days sick leave Opportunity to work in a leading international hospital environment Contract Details 2-year contract (aligned with work permit) Start date dependent on visa processing (~52 working days)
