Responsibilities Install heating and cooling systems to company standards and manufacturers' specs Responsive to customer requests, establish rapport, and encourage reviews Ability to work with minimum supervision and train team members Complete all necessary paperwork that accompanies each project Collaborate with the Sales Team & Installation Manager Requirements 3 -5 years of HVAC field experience Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Highly organized with exceptional follow-through ability Ability to think on your feet and react quickly to changing situations Willing to contribute as an individual and as a team member Benefits Package Medical, Dental, and Vision (100% for employees) Paid time off Simple IRA with company contribution Monthly bonus opportunity Opportunity for advancement Work Boot Allowance Tool Allowance Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
