Your Key Responsibilities Deliver timely and empathetic support to Hungarian-speaking players via chat, email, and other communication channels. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and effectively. Gather valuable player feedback and share insights to aid in the improvement of game features and support services. Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support cases. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and the overall player experience. Assist in developing and updating support documentation and knowledge base resources. Fluency in Hungarian is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
