As a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, the HR Operations Specialist helps drive consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience through responsive and detail-oriented support. How You Will Do It HR Administration Keep HR operations running smoothly by ensuring employee data is accurate and well managed. Maintain and update employee records Support onboarding documentation Keep HR files organized and compliant Handle employee data accurately and on time Employee Support Provide friendly, reliable support to employees throughout their journey. Assist with onboarding and offboarding Answer HR-related questions Deliver a high level of customer service Manage requests through HR systems Continuous Improvement Help make HR processes simpler and more effective. Identify improvement opportunities Support process enhancements Contribute to HR projects What we look for Required Fluency in English and French 1–2 years in HR, operations, or service environment Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with good organization skills Experience with databases and MS Office Preferred Degree in HR, Business, or related field HR Service Center experience Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems Experience with tools like SharePoint or ServiceNow Our benefits At Johnson Controls, your work comes with benefits that support both your career and your wellbeing.
