Company Overview Global Pharmaceutical Company Job Description Overview A global healthcare company is seeking an experienced HR Operations Senior Manager to design and manage HR systems that balance diverse employee needs with overall business competitiveness. This role will play a key part in aligning HR operations with organizational strategy and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Design and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with business and organizational growth strategies Ensure effective operation and continuous improvement of C&B frameworks Change Management & Communication Lead change management initiatives, including planning and execution Drive employee communication to support understanding, engagement, and adoption HR Operations & Process Improvement Manage HR operational processes, particularly in compensation and benefits Leverage technology and data to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above Experience in a global organization in one or more of the following: Compensation & benefits design Payroll and social insurance operations Retirement and benefits planning OR consulting experience in HR/C&B projects (5+ years) Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English Strong knowledge of HR-related legal frameworks (labor law, payroll, tax, social insurance, etc.) Key Skills Strategic thinking with the ability to link HR systems to business goals Project management and stakeholder coordination skills Solid understanding of labor law and compliance Data analysis capability (experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Adaptability and a proactive mindset toward change Location Kobe (hybrid work available) Relocation support provided if required
