We are looking for an HR Operations Partner to join our diverse international team. In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding, offering guidance and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every team member. Responsibilities Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration of specialists in the company Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them Translate company culture and values Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback Requirements 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or tech company Experience with HR processes, procedures, metrics, and policy guidance Understanding of HR standards and a drive to improve existing practices Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Upper-Intermediate English for working in an international environment Proactive, business-oriented, empathetic, and open-minded Good time management and willingness to learn and grow Will be a plus Experience working with the APAC region Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act Experience managing employee relocation and visa processes What we offer Experience a dynamic and engaging work environment 16 paid vacation days per year 14 paid sick leave days per year 11 public holidays per year Medical insurance Dental expenses reimbursement Parking and commuting reimbursement Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
