Who you are 3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally as a generalist or in a similar HRBP role, with exposure to multi-national and matrixed environments. A proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives. Strong knowledge of German labor laws and compliance requirements, with experience advising on local and international HR policies. Skilled at driving employee engagement initiatives and managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes. Confident in using data and insights to influence decisions and deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coach managers and empower employees. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating change in a fast-paced, dynamic organization . Fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus). What you’ll do Act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams across the Berlin office, providing HR support that drives performance and engagement. Develop and deliver tailored people strategies that align with business goals and the unique needs of different departments. Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for new hires. Drive learning and development initiatives , supporting career progression and building future leaders. Collaborate with the global HR team to implement company-wide HR programs and policies , tailoring them for local relevance. Use HR metrics and insights to identify trends and proactively address challenges, ensuring the team is well-prepared for growth. Support organizational change initiatives, including team restructures, scaling, and process improvement efforts.
