What You’ll Do Install, service, and maintain high-voltage transformers and associated equipment. Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently. Travel across Australia to client sites (relocation and travel support provided). Maintain accurate service reports and compliance documentation. What You Bring Essential: Electrical or Mechanical trade qualification (Electrician, Electrical Fitter, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of field service or electrical/mechanical maintenance experience. Strong hands-on technical skills and problem-solving ability. Full Australian Driver’s license (or ability to obtain) Safety-conscious and able to work independently. Preferred: Experience with high-voltage transformers, OLTCs, or switchgear. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics. Previous travel-based field service experience. Mentoring or team leadership skills.
