High School English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for an International school located in Guangzhou. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in August 2026 start. Job Responsibilities Teach English to secondary school students utilizing the MYP and DP curriculum to deliver engaging and effective lessons Plan and prepare lessons, assessments, and learning materials in line with curriculum requirements Mark and evaluate student work, and write clear and accurate report comments Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and ongoing improvement Assess and monitor student progress, setting clear goals to support achievement and growth Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain clear communication with parents and caregivers Create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that promotes student development Bachelor’s degree in English, Applied Linguistics, Education, or related field Two or more years of teaching experience, preferably with secondary/middle school learners IB MYP/DP experience preferred; training or certification in IB programmes an advantage Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Relocation allowance of 2,000 RMB Annual flight allowance of up to 10,000 RMB Work Visa provided Summer and winter holidays National holidays Medical insurance Lunch and shuttle bus provided by the school Laptop provided by the school
