Your Responsibilities Provide excellent technical support and sales assistance to Hebrew-speaking customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Assist customers with product inquiries and sales-related questions. Educate clients on product features and usage to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in service and sales processes. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with company products and market trends. Fluency in Hebrew (both spoken and written) is required. Strong technical understanding combined with sales skills. Previous experience in technical support and/or sales support is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work in Greece and adapt to its culture.
