With industry-leading digital delivery infrastructure—via API and Client Portal—we ensure seamless, secure, and real-time reward distribution across the region. Role Overview We are looking for a senior operational leader to own the end-to-end fulfillment and delivery control tower at Bamboo Card. This role is responsible for ensuring that every order is fulfilled correctly, on time, and with clean reconciliation, across order delivery, code inventory, upload accuracy, and financial audit trails Minimum 6–8 years experience in operations management, fulfillment or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a senior role (Mandatory) Prior experience in the gift card, digital gifting, e-commerce or prepaid voucher industry (Mandatory) Proven experience managing digital product delivery, code or voucher fulfillment operations (Mandatory) Experience designing and enforcing maker-checker controls, approval workflows and audit trails (Mandatory) Strong understanding of daily reconciliation disciplines across purchases, inventory and deliveries Experience owning fulfillment SOPs, checklists and operational dashboards Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for operational reporting and reconciliation Experience with order management or fulfillment platforms Desired Order Delivery & Queue Control Own end-to-end fulfillment and delivery strategy across order delivery, code upload, inventory, and reconciliation workflows Ensure orders are delivered within SLA and codes are uploaded accurately and securely Monitor pending order backlog, failed delivery cases, and fulfillment error trends Code Inventory & Control Maintain operational controls around code handling, manual exceptions, and audit trails Ensure maker-checker controls are applied for all high-risk uploads Prevent wrong code, wrong value, duplicate delivery, expired code, and manual spreadsheet mismatch risks Reconciliation & Reporting Coordinate with Finance on reconciliation issues and financial leakage risks Own fulfillment SOPs, checklists, reports, and automation opportunities Report weekly fulfillment performance to VP Operations Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate with Purchasing on stock availability and supplier-related blockers Coordinate with Customer Experience on failed or delayed customer-impacting orders Define and enforce escalation paths across Order Delivery, Code Inventory, and QC lanes Competitive salary package aligned to the UAE market Visa sponsorship provided Health insurance coverage Real opportunity to grow with the business and take on expanded responsibilities over time Be part of Bamboo Card's next chapter as we scale our platform and expand across new markets Work within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team that values ownership and impact
