Guest Services Manager / Front Office Manager –

Location: Florida

Compensation: Approx. $110,000 USD + bonus potential up to 30%

We are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning luxury island resort in the Florida Keys seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager / Front Office Manager to lead the front office and guest experience operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished hospitality leader with a strong luxury resort background and a passion for delivering highly personalized guest experiences within an intimate island setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Front Office and Guest Services operations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the guest services team
  • Ensure exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout the stay
  • Manage VIP arrivals, guest relations, and service recovery
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure seamless service execution
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, labour management, and departmental operations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous leadership experience within luxury resort or high-end hospitality environments required
  • Strong Front Office or Guest Services management background
  • Highly polished leadership style with exceptional guest interaction skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams within luxury hospitality operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Boutique luxury or island resort experience is strongly preferred
