**About Confido** Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. Weโ€™re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. We have best-in-class growth, efficiency, and weโ€™ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum. **The Role** Compensation: * Base salary between $140,000 and $170,000 * Commission on partner-sourced deals that close * Equity (.1% - .2%) * Benefits (including fully paid healthcare) Location: New York, NY (relocation assistance available), with occasional travel to conferences and partner sites **What you'll do:** * **Own channel strategy:** You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize the highest-impact partnership channels for Confido โ€“ including brokers, accounting firms, ERPs, and other strategic partners in the CPG ecosystem * **Build partnerships from scratch**: You will manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and deal closure, working cross-functionally with sales and business operations teams to convert partner opportunities into customers * **Become a CPG ecosystem expert:** You will develop deep knowledge of how brands, brokers, distributors, retailers, and service providers work together, positioning Confido as the essential infrastructure layer across these relationships * **Drive revenue through partners:** You will be accountable for sourcing high-quality opportunities through partner channels and maintaining ongoing relationships with partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of revenue growth **What we're looking for:** * **3+ years** in B2B partnerships, business development, investment banking, consulting, or investing with a track record of building relationships and driving commercial outcomes * **Strategic thinking:** Ability to evaluate opportunities, size markets, and build compelling business cases for partnership investments * **Comfort with ambiguity:** Self-starter mentality with experience building in fast-moving startup environments โ€“ you'll be our second partnerships hire and will help define how we scale our channel strategy
