Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our client's team in Shenzhen, China. In this role, you will be responsible for graphic design work related to the company’s flagship overseas products, which serve tens of millions of monthly active users. Your work will focus on creating eye-catching in-app pop-ups, banners, H5 pages, and effect covers. The role requires a strong understanding of the US market and local users' aesthetic preferences and cultural nuances. The ideal candidate will have a global perspective and a passion for creating designs that resonate with international audiences. Key Responsibilities: • Design Creation & Collaboration: Develop visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital assets, including in-app pop-ups, banners, H5 pages, and effect covers. Collaborate closely with Growth and Product teams to create designs that align with business goals and marketing strategies. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines, maintaining a unified style, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to the company's globalization project planning. • Insight & Quality Assurance: Proactively communicate with other designers to ensure design quality and consistency across all projects. Use data feedback to adjust and optimize design directions, ensuring they resonate with the target audience. Maintain strong organization of design assets and oversee the review process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of final designs. • Time Management & Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and delivering assets on time. Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Internet or technology industries. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies. Experience with AI design tools is a strong advantage. Advanced experience with graphic design, and expert knowledge of the Graphic Design industry. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design projects. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders. Plus if you like use Beauty App or Photo/Video Editing Apps, and stay abreast of social media trends. Strong attention to detail, adaptability to change, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Important Note: This position is based in Shenzhen, China. The successful candidate will need to relocate to China for this opportunity.
