Diabetes Medical Devices Project Location: Porto, Portugal Work Model: On‑Site Start Date: 19 February 2026 Role Overview We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting users of Diabetes Medical Devices . You will provide high‑quality customer support while working in a dynamic, 24/7 operational environment. Work Schedule Monday to Sunday – 24/7 Rotative Shifts 2 Rotative Days Off per week Night Shift: 22:00 – 07:00 The night shift team is small, so coverage may be required occasionally during the month Candidates must be comfortable with a full 24/7 rotation Languages Required German: C1 or higher English: C1 Salary Package Base Salary: €1,100 per month (paid over 14 months ) Additional Allowance: €400 per month (paid over 11 months ) From December onwards, there will be no retention bonus for the Search Engine and Website Solutions projects. Benefits Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (monthly contribution required) Free after 6 months of contract Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly installments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment Relocation Package (for candidates outside Portugal) Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months Further details discussed during the interview process
