We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of the largest BPO companies worldwide, supporting a campaign on behalf of a leading global enterprise technology company specializing in professional networking and B2B digital solutions. As an SDR, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective business clients, playing a key role in generating interest and driving awareness around a suite of tools designed to support sales performance. Responsibilities Research and identify high-potential B2B leads across various industries and regions using digital prospecting tools and platforms. Conduct multi-channel outbound outreach (via professional networking platforms, email, and phone) to engage with decision-makers such as HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Sales leaders. Initiate meaningful and insightful conversations to uncover needs, qualify leads, and assess potential business fit. Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the client’s internal sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity, lead status, and interactions in the CRM system. 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a client-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment. Fluency in German or Dutch, (C1–C2 level), written and verbal communication. Excellent English skills both spoken and written. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders. Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
