This leadership role involves overseeing and guiding a dedicated team focused on energy audit projects within the German market. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Energy Audit Deutschland team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards Coordinate and oversee energy audit projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance performance and professional growth Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and project delivery Monitor and report on team performance metrics and project progress Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and quality Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
