Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in German through phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to video streaming services Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, and basic technical troubleshooting Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems Stay updated on the latest video streaming products, features, and promotional activities Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and enhance service quality Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments promptly Relocation support is provided to ensure a smooth transition to living and working in Greece.
