As a German-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will interact directly with German-speaking players, providing high-quality support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities Provide timely and professional support to German-speaking players through various channels such as chat, email, and social media. Investigate and resolve player issues effectively with empathy and attention to detail. Collect and report player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support quality. Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and improve player satisfaction. Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base articles. Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
