As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, liaising with carriers, and resolving any logistical challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the overall customer experience and operational efficiency. Your capacity to stay organized and focused will serve as a significant asset. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage logistics activities for German-speaking clients Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery documentation Implement best practices to optimize logistics processes Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the delivery lifecycle Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
