In this role, you will be responsible for moderating and evaluating AI-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community standards and company policies while supporting the advancement of cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities Moderate and assess AI-generated and user-generated content in German to ensure adherence to community guidelines and ethical standards Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies suited for GenAI platforms Identify and report inappropriate, harmful or misleading content and escalate as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation strategies and GenAI model safety Provide insights and feedback on trends and challenges related to AI-generated content Stay current with company policies, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to content moderation and AI ethics Requirements Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage Experience in content moderation, preferably within AI or GenAI environments, is highly desirable Strong understanding of content moderation guidelines and ethical considerations related to AI-generated content Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently Effective communication skills for providing clear and respectful moderation decisions Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural setting Self-motivated with a passion for emerging technologies and online community safety Benefits Competitive Monthly Salary 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Fully Paid Relocation Package Fully Paid Training Health Insurance And many other benefits!
