Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database with high-volume daily outreach. Market Insight: Regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow to interpret insights and personalize client outreach. What You Bring to the Team Education: BA/BS degree (Marketing/Communications preferred) or equivalent work experience. Language Skills: C2 level proficiency in both German and English is essential. Experience: 1 year in sales or marketing with a proven track record in high-stakes, client-facing environments. German Market Expertise: A deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems. Tech Savvy: Strong experience with CRM systems and the ability to explain complex ROI and platform integration questions.
