Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance in German via phone, email, and online channels
- Support guests with booking inquiries, reservation changes, cancellations, and general information
- Handle customer requests in accordance with company policies and service standards
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
- Ensure a professional and service-oriented communication approach
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Good command of English (level B2)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel operations, or travel services
- Experience in customer-facing roles (front desk, reservations, guest services, call center, etc.)
