Position Overview

Our client, operating within the hospitality sector, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist customers with inquiries related to accommodation, bookings, and travel services.

This is an entry-level opportunity. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Greece prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer assistance in German via phone, email, and online channels
  • Support guests with booking inquiries, reservation changes, cancellations, and general information
  • Handle customer requests in accordance with company policies and service standards
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
  • Ensure a professional and service-oriented communication approach
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Good command of English (level B2)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
  • Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)

  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel operations, or travel services
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (front desk, reservations, guest services, call center, etc.)
