In this role, you will provide top-tier support to German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally while enjoying the benefits of relocating to a beautiful and vibrant country. Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers with product or service-related inquiries. Provide solutions and support in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reporting and quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience. Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided. A positive attitude and desire to deliver outstanding customer service is appreciated.
