The job As a German-speaking Content Moderator in the social media and digital platforms sector, you will help create safer online communities by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it follows platform policies and guidelines. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for candidates looking to start a career in content moderation or digital operations. The role is fully office-based in Dublin City Centre and involves shift work between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday. Your daily work will include tasks like these: Reviewing user-generated content across online platforms Identifying content that may violate platform guidelines Handling sensitive content such as hate speech, violence, self-harm, sexual content and fraud-related material Applying moderation policies accurately and consistently Escalating complex or high-risk cases when necessary Meeting daily productivity and quality targets Working closely with internal teams and quality specialists Participating in a 4-week onsite training programme We offer Permanent full-time contract in Dublin Full training and onboarding provided Relocation support for candidates moving to Ireland Private healthcare Pension contribution Annual leave plus bank holidays Performance bonus opportunities International and supportive work environment Career development opportunities within the digital sector Your qualifications You are fluent in German and have strong English skills (C1 level).
