German Speaking Business Travel Advisor Job Overview We are seeking a professional German Speaking Business Travel Advisor to join a premier operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a giant American Travel Provider, you will deliver high-touch customer care to corporate and business travelers embarking on worldwide journeys. This role involves finding seamless solutions for flights, hotels, train travel, and beyond, ensuring a premium experience before and during their business trips. Location & Work Type City: Sofia (Based out of the Business Park Office) Country: Bulgaria Work Type: Hybrid role Your Role & Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer care to business travelers across the globe via voice and email channels. Efficiently resolve inquiries and arrange solutions for flights, hotels, train travel, and auxiliary travel needs. Maintain an extremely polite, professional, and corporate demeanor suited for high-level business clients. Demonstrate a strong functional understanding of different travel operating systems, booking platforms, and internal tools. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Full fluency in German (C1) , both written and verbal, alongside a working level of English (B2) . Education: Minimum of a High School education. Skills: Strong phone presence, active listening, excellent verbal communication, and solid typing/computer skills (MS Office). Professional Attributes: Highly organized, proactive team player with strong decision-making and analytical capabilities. Experience (Advantage): Prior work experience in travel, airlines, hospitality, or a customer experience center is highly advantageous. Shifts & Working Hours Day Shift Option: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 20:00 . Night Shift Option: Monday to Sunday, between 24:00 and 08:00 (This shift attracts higher pay). Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Base Salary: €2,000 Gross per month (Night shift options feature increased remuneration). Food Vouchers: €25 per month.
