GERMAN-SPEAKING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE — GOOGLE CLOUD Barcelona, Spain · Hybrid · Full-time · Start date: 18 May 2026 ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses across the DACH region. Through proactive outbound outreach, you will identify high-potential prospects, qualify their needs, and connect them with the right Cloud solutions — contributing to the growth of Google's customer base across EMEA. RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify and engage high-potential prospects through daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to C-level decision makers - Qualify business needs and align them with appropriate Google Cloud solutions (solution-selling approach) - Manage assigned accounts, educating prospects on Cloud offerings and driving pipeline growth - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM — leads, contacts, accounts, and activities - Meet quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly activity targets - Work towards individual and team KPIs: productivity, conversion rate, and pipeline value REQUIREMENTS - C2 level of German and C1 level of English — both written and spoken - BA/BS degree and/or 2 years of equivalent practical experience - Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts; experience implementing or selling Google Cloud Platform solutions is a strong advantage - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a phone-based outbound environment - Substantial experience in IT outbound sales prospecting and cold calling - High proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms - Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex needs into viable solutions - Deep understanding of the DACH market: business culture, digital landscape, and key industry players - Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations relevant to German-speaking markets - Self-motivated, competitive, and tenacious in goal pursuit WHAT WE OFFER - Full-time hybrid position (39h/week) based in Barcelona - Attractive base salary + performance bonus - Referral programme — earn up to €2,000 per successful referral - Relocation support for candidates based outside Barcelona - Private health insurance - Continuous learning, certifications, and clear career progression - Dynamic workplace with regular team events and contests - Office at the World Trade Center, Barcelona — right by the sea
